2nd birthday I've missed.
Today is quite a sad day.
The truth is you're always in my head.
I texted you wishing I could have been there to honor you on your day.

Midnight.
5am.
11pm.
It matters not.
You're an amazing person.
I wish an amazing day for you.
I'm deeply sorry for my absence.
I'm still thankful for you.
